Dr Martin van Staden, FMF Head of Policy, was featured in Suid-Kaap Forum on Thursday, 23 July, on the Rule of Law Project’s intention to challenge the Expropriation Act in the Western Cape High Court as an amicus curiae. The Act is unconstitutional, irrational, and inconsistent with international customary law.
