Little wonder that the only real innovation comes from small, agile single schools that are not part of a large corporation.
Debating the 30% pass issue is really like debating how to repaint the walls of a house that is clearly falling apart.
So uniquely this is a school which is essentially family run.
South Africans have always been a tough bunch, and it is great to see educator entrepreneurs coming up with inventive ways of providing our young people with a quality education.
Their devices are very cheap – basic Chromebooks – and each class has 1 teacher and two assistants.
