COMMENTS on the General Laws (Anti-Money Laundering and Combating Terrorism Financing) Amendment Bill (B18-2022)

The Minister introduced the Amendment Bill in the National Assembly on 29 August 2022.

On 27 September, the Standing Committee invited public comments on the Bill to be lodged by 10
October. After complaints about the brevity of this period for comment, the Committee extended the
period for comment to 16h00 on Tuesday 25 October.
